Like many of our patients, Otto arrived at the InPatient Unit with so many uncontrolled symptoms that he and his family thought he was close to death. Our Hospice doctors, however, carefully evaluate and when possible, aggressively treat every symptom. Many patients, like Otto, return home to live several more weeks or months – a priceless gift.
